There are many reasons why [IMDG’s Visa Dining Series] events draw a large crowd of foodies like myself. The series typically includes a good mix of established chefs and those who are rising stars. We try out restaurants before they become popular and impossible to secure reservations at. I believe the wine pairing element to each of these dinners is a crucial component to quality dining and one of my favourite parts about the series. Finally, the organizer works very hard to make the events run seamlessly and ensures that each guest is treated specially.

The inaugural VISA Infinite Wine Country program was a very positive experience for Southbrook. VISA Infinite’s greatest benefit was the level of marketing and exposure that the program offered. The cross-promotional opportunities offered in the event series meant that like-minded producers could get together and “wow” the consumer in an unforgettable Niagara Wine country experience whilst getting to engage new and unique visitors with our individual stories. This is a program that Southbrook will continue to pursue for years to come.
