    This TD Visa Infinite Dining Series event (the “Event”) invitation is for eligible TD Wealth customers and is non-transferable. The Event will take place at 6:00PM EST onThursday, November 6, 2025, at Elem - 2210 Main St, Vancouver. The RSVP deadline for this event is October 24, 2025. Eligible TD Wealth clients may bring a maximum of one (1) additional guest. Additional guests must be at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Advertised chefs and sommeliers may be substituted without notice. Seating requests and special dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered upon request but cannot always be accommodated.  If you are unable to attend the Event, if possible, you agree to provide notice of cancellation at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Event. Events may be modified or cancelled, by Visa and/or TD, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, liability to any person. In such a case, Visa and/or TD will endeavour to provide you with as much advance notice as possible.

    You agree that by attending the Event, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes, including the Event’s venue rules, and shall ensure the same from my guest.
