This TD Visa Infinite Dining Series event (the “Event”) invitation is for eligible TD Wealth customers and is non-transferable. The Event will take place on November 20, 2025 at 6:00 pm at Osteria Giulia, 134 Avenue Rd, Toronto. The RSVP deadline for this event is October 29, 2025, TD Private Banking customers may bring a maximum of one (1) additional guest. Additional guests must be at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Advertised chefs and sommeliers may be substituted without notice. Seating requests and special dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered upon request but cannot always be accommodated. If you are unable to attend the Event, if possible, you agree to provide notice of cancellation at least five (5) days prior to the date of the Event. Events may be modified or cancelled, by Visa, in whole or in part at any time, for any reason, liability to any person. In such a case, Visa will endeavour to provide you with as much advance notice as possible.
